Testimonials
"Having a coach has been extremely helpful to me! I have trained for events in the past, but I didn't really know what I was doing. I'd find a generic plan online and use it, running nothing but junk miles along the way. Having a coach has taught me about all the different types of runs and why they are necessary. My customized plan includes conversation pace runs, strides, fartleks, etc. which are all things I had never even considered doing before. The accountability factor is also huge, because now I have someone to actually report my runs to! It has been wonderful having a knowledgeable, supportive ear to answer questions, give advice, and provide support throughout my training. I've definitely seen growth in my running, and I look forward to seeing even more!" - Tyly

"Having a running coach has been the best thing that has happened to my
runs/training plan. I had friends say you don't need a running coach when
running 'short' distances (5K, 10K, etc.). I absolutely disagree with that
statement. Prior to working with Christin I had attempted running with the
Couch 25K program. While I realize this program has worked for lots of people
it was not the best program for me. Christin was able to set up a customized
plan just for me given my current fitness level. I've definitely seen a
change/growth in my running and I look forward to continuing! It's also been
great for me to have someone that holds me accountable. I love having someone
with knowledge to ask questions, seek advice and give me support."- Jamie
