Tea Time with Tess recommended that I check out the book Ladies' Night, a fictional novel about a well-known lifestyle blogger. I downloaded it Saturday morning, and let me say when I get into a book, I get into it and can't put it down. I stayed up half the night Saturday and finished it early Sunday morning. It was that good.
Basically, the blogger catches her husband cheating, drives his $175,000 car into their pool and is forced to go to mandatory divorce counseling classes. The ladies she meets at these "ladies' nights" are interesting and hilarious. And while the plot line becomes a bit predictable, I really enjoyed reading how the characters evolved from the beginning to the end. Especially for someone who blogs, I found the jabs at and discussions about blogging pretty funny. I would definitely recommend it.
Has anyone else read it? Also, I had never read anything by this author. I think I'll check out some of her other books.
